Pastor Bruce Nguyen accepted Christ as personal Savior and was baptized into the family of God on August 28, 1984 after much searching. He met and married his lovely wife Hoang Anh in June , 1985 while both were serving as members of youth leadership team at a church in Dallas. The new family moved to and settled in Phoenix, AZ from 1985 to 2004.

While in Phoenix, he actively served the body of Christ in various capacities from youth leader to deacon, and governing board member. During this period he and his wife were lead to help planting 2 churches. One congregation was started in Phoenix in February 1991 which grew from 11 to 55 in average attendance within 6 months. The other congregation was started in Tempe, AZ in July 1995 which started with 14 members and grew to 50 and also served as its pastor for 2 years period. Both of these congregations are still thriving today reaching and ministering to the local communities for Christ. In August 1996 he was lead to start seminary training at Phoenix Seminary (was Western Conservative Baptist Theological Seminary). During this time he was working full time as an mechanical engineering at Boeing company while serving as a pastor of the Tempe congregation and at the same time carrying on seminary works.

Pastor Bruce Nguyen finished his Master of Divinity degree in Biblical Communication at Phoenix Seminary in May 2003 and was ordained into the ministry in November, 2003. In May, 2004, the family now with 3 beautiful daughters, Alisha, Alina, and Kayla felt God's call to return to Dallas, TX area to be closer to relatives. He with his wife and three daughters now live in Southlake, TX serving the local body of Christ with a passion to know Christ and make Him known to all.
